1. Open long-form assistant

2. Create a new document

If you choose to start from scratch, you’ll be plonked right into the editor and be able to start writing in a heartbeat. If, on the other hand, you choose the blog post workflow template, you’ll be be able to fill out different blog post segments to fill out that will then be transferred into the blog post template in the editor.
3. Provide context: Make it crystal clear to Jarvis what you want written
Whether you have chosen to start from scratch or to make use of the workflow template, you’ll have to provide your AI writing assistant with enough context so it can generate content that aligns with what you have in mind.
Giving Jarvis context and direction is a vital step, because the quality of the writing Jarvis generates is directly related to the quality of your input.

The first section is the Title section – this is your blog post title or the name of your document.
Write a content brief
The second section is the content description/brief. It’s important to get this one right, as it can really mess up the quality of your AI- generated writing if you fail to make it clear to Jarvis what it is you want written. You only have 600 characters to use, so be clear and specific.
Include keywords
The third section is for keywords. This section is optional, and it only really becomes relevant if you have your Jarvis account lined up with Surfer SEO (A separate software that helps you write SEO-rich content). You can use up to three keywords that Jarvis will then incorporate into the piece of content.
Decide on length
Finally, the fourth section allows you to set the length of the content. You can choose either Short, Medium or Longer.
4. Use Jarvis Commands to write your outline
Remember Jarvis commands? You can use this powerful feature to fill out the brief. Using Jarvis commands whenever possible, including when you crate the brief, saves you time and helps you write articles and other forms of content.
No matter what you are working on in Jarvis Boss Mode, you need an effective outline. Really, starting out with a clear and concise outline is the key to generating the highest quality writing at lightning speed.
Since you’re in Boss Mode, take full advantage of your ability to give Jarvis commands. Here are a couple of examples of the kinds of commands you can give Jarvis when creating your blog post outline (Of course, your commands are going to vary depending on the topic you are writing about): ‘Write a blog outline for a blog post titled (Insert relevant title),’ or ‘Write a video script outline for a video titled (Insert title).’

5 . Create an intro paragraph
Now we’re getting to the fun part – the actual writing.

Assuming that you have filled in all of the template sections thoughtfully and accurately, you are ready to create the rest of your blog post or other piece of content in a matter of minutes, rather than the many laborious hours it could easily take otherwise.
Use Jarvis commands to get started. You can, for example, tell Jarvis to ‘Write an intro paragraph for the title above.’
Hit the compose button, and let Jarvis instantly generate an engaging intro paragraph that is guaranteed to draw readers in.
In Boss Mode, writing your intro paragraph is as simple as that! Now, let us move onto the next part.
6. Create a conclusion paragraph
If you know anything about writing, you know that the only paragraph in a piece of written content that is almost as important as the intro paragraph is the conclusion.
A piece of content without a conclusion paragraphed to neatly ties up the loose ends and remind the consumer of the main points that has been put across is as effective as a broken umbrella.
In other words, a great conclusion paragraph can make the difference between a great piece of content and one that falls flat on its face – this is true whether you are writing a blog post, a YouTube vlog or an email newsletter.

Let us say that the piece of content you are working on in Jarvis Boss Mode is a blog post, and that you have created a clear outline before getting started. You also have your intro and conclusion paragraphs done, like bookends on either side of what you are about to compose.
Following your own outline, you will be able to use your outline to compose the rest of your blog post. You can do this using Jarvis commands, or by simply placing your cursor on the line below each heading and hitting the compose button.
Because Boss Mode gives you unlimited use of the compose button, you can simply keep hitting it in order to generate as much AI-produced writing as you would like for each point of your outline. You can create your entire blog post in this way.
For the most part, you’ll find that Jarvis AI is rather good at generating fresh content continually. Still, after hitting the compose button repeatedly for a while, you may notice the Jarvis starts repeating itself or even generating nonsensical sentences and paragraphs.
Luckily, there’s a shortcode for that. If you put in three asterisks (***) in your Jarvis long-form editor, this tells Jarvis not to read anything above the three asterisks. This is super useful, as it cuts off irrelevant context. Putting three asterisks above the heading you are currently working on ensures that Jarvis stays on track instead of getting distracted by earlier paragraphs.
Once you’ve got your blog post written in full, you’ll want to go over it to polish it up and make it shine. Aside from correcting any mistakes that Jarvis might have made – despite its sophistication, Jarvis isn’t perfect -, make sure to remove all the asterisks you have put into the text, fact check anything Jarvis has created that you may feel is incorrect, and of course, add your own human touch to the writing here and there.
